Illinois Hills & Hollers is a family run operation which takes pride in offering a truly unforgettable hunting experience. We specialize in quality whitetail archery hunts, along with limited shotgun or muzzleloader hunts, as well as spring turkey hunts. Our operation includes land in Calhoun County in Illinois.
|
Because of its location between the Illinois and Mississippi Rivers, Calhoun County, which ranks as one of the top counties for number of deer per square mile, encompasses some of the most fertile habitat that is conducive with producing magnificent whitetails. We have thousands of acres of prime hunting ground consisting of cropland, bottomland, hardwood ridges, and rolling hills.

All hunts are semi-guided and hunters are responsible for their own tree stands, acquiring appropriate license and permits for the hunt, and his or her own equipment. As part of our trophy management, we strictly enforce a 130" minimum on harvested bucks with fines applying. In a typical year, most bucks harvested are between 130" and 170" with the occasional 170" and above.
Lodging is included with all hunts. Accommodations include heating/air conditioning, showers, television and refrigeration.
